I do not recommend these strips. We’ve always been very good about keeping our hot tub within normal range. I purchased these strips and suddenly our ph and alkalinity was reading low. We kept treating per our manufacturers recommendations to no avail. The water has looked weird and it’s been a struggle for months to get it normal. We came across some test strips that came with the hot tub and tried them. Alkalinity and ph were through the roof. Which explains why the water is cloudy and we are constantly wiping the sides because it looks like there’s buildup at the water line. Keep in mind that we have rarely used the hot tub the past few months as it’s been summer so none of this is due to heavy usage. The deal I thought I got on these strips was a joke when you factor in the amount of chemicals we purchased trying to get the water to "normal” range per these strips. Will never purchase again.EDIT: Received an email from the seller which I did not expect since it’s been a couple months since we purchased these. They issued a refund so I would say their customer service is outstanding. I didn’t reach out to them initially because like I said, it’s been a couple months since I bought them and we just now figured out they aren’t correct…so I figured it was too late for a refund. Appreciate the quick action by the seller.
