Not all "apps " worked

This was what I wanted in terms of style, but one of the "apps" I was using on another tablet was corrupted and although I called tech support to help solve the problem. This specific application cannot be used. I downloaded a similar app but I don't like it as much as the original. The sound isn't very good either. It seems that the sound can only come from one side or the other, but not from both sides at the same time.
