Okay, but there's a little catch.

Good price. Well done. The only problem is that the screw that attaches the protector block to the base periodically loosens and you have to completely remove the iPad to access and tighten it. Otherwise the iPad does not sit straight. Otherwise, I'd be happy to recommend.
