This keyboard requires a working battery to function in wired mode, unlike any other keyboard I've had some people might think that the keyboard broke just plugging them in when they were only using them, leading to people throwing away a good keyboard. Because the keyboard needs to be charged, it consumes more power than a regular keyboard, even a regular RGB keyboard. This keyboard overloaded both of my USB ports on my monitor and damaged some cables. I thought I could get over this. But I found the best keyboard for what I was looking for. I highly recommend it, it sounds and feels good, but people don't talk about how urgent the need for a working battery can be.
