If you're a triathlete, you need one. I know a lot of athletes are always concerned about the weight of their bikes, but then they stuff 2-3 full bottles of water into the cages. This system holds the equivalent of two bottles (about 40 ounces) and saves you having to step out of your aerodynamic position to take a sip. Just cut the tubing any way you like (pro tip: intentionally shorten it the first time, you'll thank me later) and you've got water right there. The mount is very hard strong plastic that holds the bottle tight, believe me it's not going anywhere. The hardest part about this whole thing is getting the bottle out of the holder - the plastic is so hard and tough. You'll swear a little when you take it off, but it's worth it knowing that this thing is reliable once it's in place. it wants to be My wife and I each have one and we mostly fill them with water but be aware there are hard to reach corners inside. So if you use a colored drink it can dirty the inside (they make a sleeve/cap for them, that's great for that). Great product and they also sell parts and pieces separately so you can replace the hose or bite valve later. In comparison, I suspect this bite valve and snorkel give a little more per sip than a large camel beetle bite valve as the snorkel appears to be slightly larger than theirs. The liquid spills back into the bottle when not drinking, so the first sip is always air to get the liquid to the valve - no problem at all for me. Considering adding an A2 type bottle/valve from the same company for my triathlon fuel. That means I'll have two cameras, but I won't have to take my hands off the aero bars to get gas or water on long triathlons.
