Very comfortable. I use one on my shower curtain to attach the bottom of the shower curtain to the faucet stem to keep water from splashing on the floor. It only takes 5 (slightly tricky) minutes to install, although they detach from my shower curtains fairly quickly, which is perhaps more my guests' fault than the grommets. As a preventative measure, you need to cut the hole in the fabric a little smaller than you think, or you risk leaving a large gap on the outside of the attached sleeve. I wish they came in a small hard plastic case with a label as it contains a lot of small parts and if some of them get separated you won't be able to use the tool.
