Trolley comes in a plastic bag with some mounting screws, very simple packaging. The car itself is of poor quality. The sheet metal around the perimeter was not fully formed/bent so the fit of everything is broken. The bezel shouldn't even be activated unless it really fits your device, since you'll have to change the bezel. Removing the bezel from an old DVD drive can be cumbersome, take your time. Due to poor workmanship, the bezel mounting slots just suck. But it works. I used a spare 500GB hard drive I had laying around and it worked fine. If there is an OEM solution for adding memory to your application, buy it even if it is already in use. I hope I got it once, I've bought several Zheino products and this one really let me down.
