I like the little "wings" on the headphones that help them stay in my ears because round ones just don't work. You stay inside and feel very comfortable doing so. They also block out a lot of outside noise. I like the flat cable, it doesn't tangle or kink, it's a good length (43 inches), and the angled connector offers a little extra protection and less stress. The call quality is good and the microphone works as expected. The sound quality of the music is top notch. just average. For the gym or training they are suitable.
