I wanted to buy another box as a backup for my Nvidia Shield. We chose U9-H based on excellent reviews from multiple sources. I tried about 6-8 different boxes and this Minix looked very promising. I liked it because it was a real android and I wanted it to be customized. I often use Kodi/SPMC to stream content. A very noticeable stuttering problem occurred when watching high quality videos that were H264 and 265 files. I've never had this problem with other boxes I've used before. I've searched the forums and tried many different video playback settings in Minix settings as well as Kodi and SPMC playback settings but nothing solved the stuttering problem. I also went to the Minix forum page and saw that many others were facing the same problem. I've tried all of their suggestions but nothing really helped so I'm returning my Neo U9-H+ and I wasn't a huge fan of the A3 air mouse remote that it came with either. Back to my 2nd gen Fire TV which still works fine
