I use it to hang pots, pans and lids. Very strong metal. I used to buy two panels and just added a third. Some hooks were difficult to put on and take off, but most didn't. Once you've installed it where you want it, there's no problem. The only improvement I would make to my needs is to have all the cut outs and no hanger holes. This way I was able to put more pots on the panels.
