I like that they are thorough in their process for background checks, drug screen/amphetamines screens etc which is great! They also have an excellent customer service team who really care about your needs when you need them most (ie now).

Nothing much to dislike so far but do be aware of how long it will take from application submission until check results as this can vary greatly depending upon where applicants live within Australia or overseas - sometimes weeks vs days if close by!! The majority time frame i am talking abou tis 4+weeks here locally though we've had some candidates get theirs back quicker than others around 3 wks+. So definitely plan ahead with regards timing before submitting applications :) I like how reliable they are, their rates for screeners can't be beat! It's nice to know that my background check is in good hands with them (and not some fly by night place). There really isn’t anything bad about it at all - great service!! The only thing would possibly improve this experience was if there were more options regarding payment methods during checkout process which could help speed up or avoid unnecessary hassles of having credit cards stolen/account hacked etc..
