This helmet speaks for itself so I will try to keep this review short. Size: Medium (my head = 22 inches / 55 cm). Case size: the same for small and medium. Style: dueling. Colour: Storm Force Orange. / 1400g Fit: I have a small head and this helmet fits perfectly. Squeezes my cheeks a bit, but not too loose or too tight. If your head is larger than 55cm, I would choose the large size. The lining is soft and removable. This helmet is very light! I wore it at home for 10 minutes and forgot I was wearing it Fit and style *One thing to keep in mind with all dual sport helmets is the wind resistance is fine I LOVE THIS HELMET!
