Review on Japanese Traditional Tenugui Pattern Pattern 3 by Christina Love

Absorbent material 100% cotton

I wanted cotton handkerchiefs or something else to pull through my extremely warm and uncomfortable post op bandage which I'd like to throw at the wall but that might delay my recovery . I originally bought 100% cotton tissues from AMZ but they were cotton/poly from China, didn't fit the advertised size and weren't absorbent at all, which really annoyed me. I have sent TEX back to AMZ for a refund. The "100% cotton" handkerchiefs reminded me of the scarves I haggled for in Shanghai, where the vendors said they were "100% silk" and pointed to a label that said "100% polyester touchable." Cotton and you will not be fooled as they are very absorbent. They are perfect for my needs and even wear and tear doesn't bother me. Yes, folks, these fights. You must crumble. This is how traditional Tenugui towels are made - large rolls of fabric on rolls, dyed and then cut. There are hems on both sides but the ends are not hemmed. Without hemming the ends, they dry faster - in about 10-15 minutes on a fishing line. So don't get them if the wear and tear annoys you. They're perfect for many things: use them to dry your hands when bathrooms only have dehumidifiers that circulate those lovely fecal contaminants all over your hands; wiping the sweat from your neck and forehead in this 96-degree heat and humid weather; I tuck my crippled arm into a super soft shoulder strap to wick the sweat; Use in the kitchen for almost everything; or wriggle my head while gardening with one hand. No doubt there are many other uses that I haven't discovered yet. I really like them and I love the cute traditional Japanese design.
