
The tail is thin and breaks easily. The cutter stretches a bit, not sure if you should but I was able to open the tail a bit to get the dough out. I also used the back of a knife or spoon to push out the shank first before attempting to separate the dough. I used a gingerbread recipe that probably doesn't lend itself to a sticky dough recipe. There were no problems with baking, everything was preserved. Funny cookie, I just need to work on my decorating skills!
