Oh my god! These people understand! They are packed in a bag with an extra rubber washer and four screws of different sizes! They honestly understand that no matter how careful you are at work, you ALWAYS drop at least one screw. Not to say that it is easy to install, after all it is a ceiling fan with many parts, blades and screws. Hunter makes it self-explanatory and you cannot proceed to the next step until you complete the current step. Even the lighting kit is just a plastic sleeve, color coded! I'm not crazy about candelabra base bulbs (tiny), but they do come with a fan. As the main supplier I ordered online, the postman delivered on Sunday and I didn't have to carry a single package home. Comparable price to a big store, no scouring the warehouse to find 6 matching fans, no queues, no rearranging the car to fit everything and only three days from order to delivery! Fans look great in my house.
