Just got this oven today and cooked the shake and roast pork chops and they turned out really good. I had a little trouble with the instructions, but I think I got it now. Everything I fry in it turns out very well. I am very happy that I bought this oven. The Black and Decker is considered one of the best stoves, I gave up on the Oster. Update: I've had the oven for a year now and I love it. The toaster works great and toasts quickly, I just love the convection oven, the food cooks quickly and comes out great. My only complaint is that there is no non-stick coating inside and it is very difficult to keep clean which is the only reason I gave it 4 stars.
