This item just doesn't work. Whatever the mop strands are, they soak up so much water that it becomes too difficult to wring them out. No matter how many times I rotated it or how much water I squeezed out first, it was still wet. It is so humid that small puddles remain on the floor. Since the mop head is so heavy that it is difficult to move back and forth easily, it wobbles a little and the plastic part scratches the floor. I had to go through customer service chat to get a refund because every other way I tried including customer service first wanted me to return the item for a refund. I had to further explain that the items were dirty and wet and not suitable for any delivery. Eventually they made an exception and refunded my money without returning the items. It was all too much hassle for the few bucks I was trying to save by buying the cheapest option. Lesson learned.
