Excellent M chip and bracket placement and very good main body design. The main problem is the poor design of the caps on the USB-A and USB-C ports. These lids cannot be opened and can therefore be lost once opened. They have a very unusual, non-rectangular shape, so you'll probably set them aside if you're using an open-ported drive. Wish Ugreen is updating it as some of their other products like hubs etc are amazing and excellently designed.
