Smart compact design.

I needed a colander to lift the preserves and clean/drain the rice after it was before and after cooking. I was a bit skeptical about this design at first, mainly due to the fact that the material can be brittle as it needs to be compressed. After receiving and using the filter, I am satisfied that I made the purchase. The material is strong enough but elastic. I can store it where I store pots and pans. The idea of having one made out of hard plastic, like my grandma's, seems obsolete now.
