So - I believe both buttons were originally paired to both receivers - but in my attempt to change the tone I managed to mute the buttons. Following the re-pairing method for a plug-in receiver worked like a charm - and there's a good video on that too. However, when I tried to follow the instructions to re-pair the wearable device, it didn't work. . Finally, I re-paired a button by pressing and holding the music button for 5 seconds, but when I tried to pair another button, the connection to the other button was lost. I wrote to the company and they gave me the same "wrong" instructions. but after playing a bit more, I got that! 1. Press and hold the volume up button and the "music" button for 5 seconds, and the device should say "DING"2. Press the button you want to pair, the device will output "DING"3 again. Press the button again to check (You can also press any other pairing button to make sure it still works.) 4. Press and hold the OFF button for 5 seconds to disable all buttons. so be careful with that. Hope that helps. :).
