Review on Linksys WRE54G 802 11G Range Extender by Robert Hardin

We bought three of these new ones from Best Buy and after about a year and a half we had to get Linksys to replace all three. Going through the RMA process is very difficult and now I have to try to replace one of the spare parts. That was my only option back then. Now I'm trying Hawking. Reviews of Hawking repeaters are much better. I had no trouble setting them up, but they just didn't last very long (a year or so isn't very long in my opinion). I do not recommend this product unless you want a quick and cheap range extender. Just don't expect it to last very long.
