Beautiful, well-made mandolin. I was particularly interested in the version with wave optics. However, it is quite difficult to use - difficult to push food through. I think it's unfortunately due to the wrinkled shape of the blade. Not the car's fault. A blade shape with a larger surface area causes more friction and therefore makes it harder to push through vegetables. The rest of the functions work great. The stand has a tendency to collapse if you don't put a lot of effort into keeping it open. dry. Dishwashing detergent tends to dull blades.
