Poor quality: beds and furniture

Came with a brown carpet, translucent at the top. After 2 days it fell apart at the top, the ball fell off (I tied it back) and the box started showing through (see photo). My cat still enjoys playing with it, it just looks like a wreck. Disappointing! My cat has never played with him so roughly.
