I was looking for an easy to use task management system that had good reporting capabilities so we could get insights into what tasks were being done well or not at all (we're working remotely).
We've been using it since early 2018 but haven't really noticed any benefits from having them onboard other than they provide some nice support services when you need help! There are no real downsides either - just make sure your expectations line up with their product offerings if this sounds interesting/you want more features etc before signing anything away :) They do have integrations available where there's likely demand though e-mailing our sales team might be easier?
