I bought two double vanity faucets in the master bedroom. I don't like working under the sink (who does?), but the fasteners were easy to tighten. The handles are tightened with a screwdriver (not a big nut that's difficult to tighten with a wrench) and the faucet is tightened with the included long plastic head that tightens to eye level. Dead easy. The price was reasonable for a faucet with interchangeable valves. Revain has many lower-priced faucets, some of which are less than half the price. But after checking, I didn't find any that could be repaired with replacement valves. If you enjoy spending time under the sink replacing the faucet, this could be a good choice. For my part, I like to work standing up to change the valve every few years and I can do that with this faucet.
