I have a feeling that one of the two urn fillers I bought was a return item that another customer ruined and then returned. The pine cones were so broken they made a mess when I opened this box - a very big problem as I have a puppy who decided to eat the falling bits (I stopped him to make him ok) . The other was in good condition. Another note: They don't have a lot of lights, which would be nice if we lived in a suburban street, but we're at a horse farm on a hill, the only way to see a few dim lights. on those urn fillers when they reach the house. Verdict: Overpriced and the company needs some quality control and dim/low lighting, although it could be decked out with more lights and decorations to make it better, but isn't that what the customer is paying National Tree Co. for?
