my first 3ds. It's beautiful, there are faint marks on the top and bottom covers. It's hard to spot, but if you look from an angle you'll see it. Other reviewers mention IPS screens and I'm sure that's the problem, yes, but I think if like me you're just taking it for the first time and have nothing to compare then you'll be fine. What it boils down to is that the whole 3ds looks unique and looks high quality down to the shine, it plays great, there are no flaws or anything, I haven't noticed anything about mine and I bought it used on ebay. If you are a collector or just a fan of this series then be sure to buy. I took it on a whim and have no regrets. Mine came with two games and a charger for $207 including shipping.
