Mom is very disappointed
Disappointed with the quality of the product. Especially for what it costs. Go to a store and buy one so you can test it before investing. When taking it out of the bag, the skin was scratched in 3 places! Given to my daughter. She wanted this bag for 3 years and then it got scratched. She didn't want me to send it back because she wanted to use it immediately as she had been waiting for it for 3 years. It was her Christmas present. I will no longer buy from this company
