Looks great! About 2 hours construction time!

I have the VASAGLE Filing Cabinet with Lock, 2 Drawer Filing Cabinet, Hanging File Folders, Open Shelf, Home Office, Steel Frame, Industrial, Rustic Brown and Black UOFC077B01. It's surprisingly heavy for its size! I would suggest assembling it in the room you plan to put it in. The finished product looks very nice and is big enough to fit under my desk. After assembly, it wobbles a bit, which is probably also due to the wheels. The packaging was very good and everything was well protected. Nothing was damaged. The guide was very good. Tools were provided: a reversible Phillips screwdriver, a pair of allen wrenches, and a thin wheel wrench. A good selection of spare parts was also available. The amount of detail was absolutely breathtaking for me! When I started to unpack this I completely lost my temper so my husband took charge. Hex head screws go in pretty hard. The holes are drilled but the screws need to be driven into the panel which is difficult! Older people or people with arthritis like me need help to assemble. Even my husband was surprised at how much time it actually took him to make this device. Collect! It took him almost 2 hours to do all this with his own hands! He did it this way because most people who buy it probably didn't have power tools and we wanted to provide an overview that would help people without power tools. But power tools would certainly help! He actually had to use his own hex wrench instead of the larger one that came with it because it wasn't big enough to turn it with the right lever. But if you had to, you could get by with the one that came with it. (Tip: A larger hex wrench fits in the handle of a screwdriver to use for turning!). How about a labor discount?
