I shower in the morning but at the end of the day I feel a little nauseous. I use them to give myself a little cat bath before bed. I start by wiping my face with a handkerchief, then my armpits, privates and feet. To be honest I noticed the most moisturizing properties on my legs. My heels were a bit rough and prickly. Within a week of using them on my feet I noticed a HUGE difference - much softer and not itchy at all! I'm thrilled with the results on my feet and the rest of me feels soft and clean too. Recommend.
