Too long for muscles like thighs, buttocks, iliopsoas, back, shoulders or anywhere on the superficial muscles that I feel are needed. Check out their photos/videos. The rest just fits in the cavity... They really are very good, but I wish this one had the option to be shorter. Just like the locker pyramid, this is one of my favorite tools and I have bought and recommend it for my clients. stand out. Not easy to use because it's too long! Cut off 3 inches and it will definitely be a great tool. I would like an explanation from QC. That's the reason for 2 stars...
