The taste is pleasant, the calories are not enough for some.
This product is as advertised. The taste is bland and the portions are the same as here on Amazon. However, this product does not meet the calorie needs of larger individuals looking for a meal replacement. At 200 calories per serving and only 14 servings per container, people my size, 6ft 200lbs and taller, would need significant supplementation to meet daily nutritional intake. A smoothie literally leaves me with another 2,000 calories to fill my 24 hours. It wasn't worth the cost.
