I drink a lot of coffee and tea so my teeth got a little yellow but that's ok. I decided to try them without expecting any results but after 5 uses I was pleasantly surprised by their effectiveness. The price is quite high but you get 20 strips. So if you don't need them, you can share them or hide them for later use. A few observations from my experience with these strips: Drying the teeth with paper helps. towel before application. When applying, make sure you cover the base of the tooth so the entire tooth is whitened and press the strip firmly against the tooth by pinching it between your teeth with your fingernail. This will likely cause you to drool a lot; it can be swallowed, although it tastes disgusting and whitening. I found that subsequent uses didn't make me salivate as much. The formula will foam up under the strip and it will look like it will come off, but it won't. When I remove them I always end up with white spots on my teeth - I panicked at first but the spots went away overnight (it's a good idea to do this before bed, let's not say right before a job interview) . I have read that this is due to the tooth drying out, but as it rehydrates the stains go away. I used them every other day and my teeth started to feel a bit sensitive after just one use. My teeth got 2-3 shades whiter after 5 uses and I'm happy with it. These strips give me a headache, but for results, after wearing them 5 times for 30 minutes each, I'm willing to suffer.
