Easy way of broadcasting live events
We use Hive Enterprise Streaming to deliver our weekly webinars. It is easy to use, allows us to deliver large files without any issues, and allows us to use our own branded player with our own branding. The customer service is also great. We have had a few minor issues here and there. They have been quick to respond and fix the issues. Great product/support. We are able to deliver large files without any issues. It is also easy for our customer to navigate through our webinars. We are also able to deliver our webinars on our own branded player.
Pros
- Very good support from all levels within hives team i contacted them at least 5 times in last 3 years about various problems we were having but they always helped me quickly resolve those concerns by giving very effective solutions which worked out well
