the item is as is, thank you. The reason for the 3 stars is that I paid extra for expedited shipping to get it faster, but it didn't really get to me quicker than if I had just received standard shipping. It took 2 days to leave the warehouse there according to the tracking, it's not very fast for me. How difficult is it to box and ship a part? I think it took 2 days to get out the door. I think I should mention that the bottom bracket, which is bolted to the bottom, was the wrong one. I had to knock the pin out, flip the mount and insert a new pin. My truck is a 1988 F700 so you can be sure which way your bottom mounting bracket is facing. Again, it's not hard to drill out the reverse pin and bracket. I've had my truck for 20 years now and this is the second pedal I've replaced. I'm just saying. hope this helped someone in some way.
