It cuts goat cheese very well which was the main cheese I bought it for so I'm keeping it for myself! My only complaint is that I cut my cheese on a cutting board and the handles that hold the wire are longer than the wire so at some point they hit the cutting board before the wire and the cheese doesn't cut all the way through. I think I need to find a really thin cutting board, but other than that, for $10, there's really nothing to complain about!
