Okay I've been using this for a while. I love this shop so much! Perfect size for a pound of coffee (I like the metric system but I live in the US). This cools the coffee beans very quickly and sucks out most of the chaff. Makes coffee roasting a lot easier! Definitely worth your money! Old review - although I wish the cost of this was less, it did a great job of chilling pounds of freshly roasted coffee. It was quick and almost effortless. Plus, it's pretty damn easy to clean! I just wish it was cheaper. I will continue to use it and will come back to add to this review after using it for a while.
