So I received this item and it was SUPER easy to unpack. It's not "wireless" as advertised, as it requires a USB port for CLAWS to open and grab your phone. I had a little trouble adjusting to the vents, but once installed everything was fine. Let us know that this product is not ideal for sloping vents, but horizontal vents and a little guide shows that as well. I actually have (2) of these items that I use intermittently; The one that was stuck to my windshield, and now the one that's attached to my air vent. The vent cap can be tricky to put on at first and if you are not careful you will not fasten it all the way for fear it might detach from your vent; but pay attention to the resistance and snap it into place and it stays in place. One thing that is definitely fun about this item is that when the car is on the claws it is open and once you place your phone in the base it closes gently and holds the phone in place; Keep in mind that this element can rotate from driver to passenger if you need to change something while driving.
