Review on Bic Flex 3 Men's 4-Count Shaving Razors by Vinay Chaudhari ᠌

Revainrating 3 out of 5

Not my best purchase, could have found something else.

I bought cheap Flex 3 and Flex 5 (and this is without any sales) 1.5 years ago, I didn’t feel any difference in the quality of shaving between them. That 3 blades, that 5 - they shave exactly the same. My nose is kind of clumsy, but you can’t get close to the bristles under it Flex 3, no matter how you grimace, you have to take another machine and shave hard-to-reach places. Shaving is very aggressive, cutting off the skin is not a problem (especially the first two shaves with a new cassette, then it shaves a little softer), the blades dull twice as fast as those of American and French competitors (we don’t take fakes into account). We must pay tribute, they cut the bristles deeper and cleaner than competitors, until the blades become dull, but again, as I wrote above, sometimes along with the skin. Well, with all the shortcomings, the price of cassettes very quickly tends to catch up with competitors. It is surprising for me that just a little over a year ago I bought them exactly 2.5 times cheaper (now I calculated it on a calculator)))). At the new price, I will definitely never buy them.

Pros
  • Still slightly cheaper than Gellette
Cons
  • There were a lot of things I didn't like. Too light machines made of too cheap plastic. Very aggressive shave, I sometimes cut off the skin along with the stubble. No trimmer.
