The issue is that when there is something in the way of the connection between the headphones and the phone, the sound quality in the headphones deteriorates to an unacceptable level. Even if you just cover the phone with your hand, there will be interruptions. This is true despite the fact that headphones do not interfere in any way with the signal, unlike other factors such as a distance of two meters and a solid wall. If you put your phone in your pocket or hold it with your hand lowered while listening to music, the headphones will break. I don't know why this happens; however, it will cause the headphones to stop working.
