Safe and effective: oral hygiene

This is our second, our dentist recommended it so my 2 year old can't put it down his throat if he decides to walk around in his mouth with it. His pinky fingers are actually pretty good at it, and he does a pretty good job (with a little help from his mom afterwards) picking up all the sugar boogers.
