I have no choice but to give one star after failing this product twice in three months. Avoid making the same mistake as me; Don't give this company your money. The first time I bought a Lifeproof Lifeactiv bandage was in April (I'm writing in July). I followed the instructions to make the glue stick to the phone case for more than 24 hours before use. Apparently it didn't matter because last month (June) my phone fell right out of my hand while running and the glue didn't work at all. There was absolutely no stickiness left on it. I agreed with Lifeproof on the merits of the doubt and assumed I just bought a bad one, so I bought a new one. The new one lasted less than a month before the adhesive failed. Once again, the phone flew out of my hand during a run, and it seemed to me that there was no more stickiness on the adhesive backing. I even bought another phone case with a smooth plastic back plate JUST for this quick mount adapter. I don't know about you, but an average usage time of six weeks (jog about every other day) doesn't in any way justify the price of this headband, especially when the replacement adapters are $20 each. I live on the Southern California coast, so extreme weather/temperatures weren't an issue. Sweat aside, I can't think of any reason why this could have failed twice in such a short time other than that the quality of the adhesive was very poor. If the instant glue doesn't stand up to the sweat, what's the point of buying an exercise band anyway? Discuss this issue with Revane. Of course, Revain will not accept returns unless the product is in 'unused condition', which I definitely don't. So here I am with two useless Lifeproof straps, writing a negative review on Revain before I start buying a replacement.
