They have been really helpful with any questions we had along our integration path, so quick responses to emails/calls at 9PM EST is great! I wish they offered more than just 5-10 minute phone support sessions but that's not something you can complain about once it gets sorted out :) We've used them as an ad network partner since day 1 (2 years ago) - their API has always worked flawlessly - never experienced issues like some other partners our team was using who were clearly struggling from lack of technical expertise / experience. Their CPA management tool makes managing CPC campaigns easy to implement across all channels which helps keep ROI high without making an additional effort beyond what AdWords does itself.
