Soft cubes are ideal for teething babies and toddlers. HOWEVER, do not submerge the units in water unless used in a bath or pool. The blocks have a jagged hole. So if water enters the block, not all of the water can be removed. The fish is fine because the hole is flush with the bottom to allow water to drain.
