I am a professional artist and was looking for the highest quality 12x16 canvas. It's amazing that a company like this ships this canvas in a plastic bag. When I saw it came in a plastic bag I knew there would be trouble. The canvas stretches and deforms. No tool is provided to fix the problem, which I wouldn't do in this case. It pisses me off because I have a very expensive custom painting and I've been waiting for that special canvas. Why did it take them so long to make a canvas of this quality and then ship it in a plastic bag. That's a very bad move on your part. If you're an artist I wouldn't waste my money on this just because they don't have enough integrity in their product to ship it in a way that protects it.
