Nice looking tool, well made, strong but totally useless. It just doesn't work as shown in the promotional photo. For thick-skinned oranges, the knife portion is not long enough, causing the separating portion to float into the peel. If the pull is very strong, the front dip plane will not follow the boundary between the peel and the flesh of the orange and will fall too low or too high. . It doesn't lift the shell as shown in the picture, you still have to peel by hand, which is made more difficult by the fact that this tool leaves part of the inner layer of the shell hanging or digging into the meat. I thought it might be an improvement over the original Sunkist cleaner but it doesn't work at all. Although it looks nice.
