I bought one of these 6 months ago and it sits on my bike every day in the Southern California sun. It has faded over the past few months and today I found an open cut above where there was a puckered crease. Basically falling apart now. Keep in mind that the SoCal sun destroys everything so I think 6 months is a reasonable amount of time. Anything that lasts longer has to be a lot heavier, and I really like how light it is. I love it so much that I immediately ordered another one. $25 for 6 months is fine. I kept my bike clean and held it in pretty strong winds.
