Much more than the description says

I have a 28 lb dog on raw food so he doesn't poop a lot. I was looking for a smaller bag and was pleased to see that it measures around 5" x 8" but when they arrived they were actually around 9" x 12". It's not what I wanted so I'm disappointed.
