Update September 2019 - I still love them. Just bought another pair after losing my original pair and tired of my old buds falling out of my ears. Original post: I have very small ears and finally found headphones that stay in my ears! They are very comfortable and seem like they stay put during workouts (turned my head upside down and shook my head violently and they didn't move or fall). The sound quality is okay for what I use it for, mainly watching TV at the gym. I don't usually sweat a lot and haven't used them for sports yet, so I can't speak to the problems people with problem sweat have. In-ear headphones never stay in my ear, even the smallest ones, and I've had another pair that fit over my ear and were uncomfortable or didn't stay in my ear while working out, so I'm glad I found them. Maybe these are good headphones for kids.
