Of course if arrived wrinkled- I didn’t expect them to not be since they have to be compressed into smaller packages. I did expect them to become straightened though after using but it did not. I don’t mind the look, since I got them in a pair and they kind of have this modern look with slight wrinkles. I did use a blow dryer and was able to get rid of some wrinkles though it was slightly difficult.I think for the price - these are about $10 each— I would have expected more firm baskets. They stand on their own but when you try to hold it from one side, the basket feels almost like a cloth/tarp bag with a firm top frame only. It still works though.I do like that it’s water proof. I got these to use for my toddler and newborn - both of whom have damp or wet clothes sometimes and it’s nice that they don’t transfer into the basket or make it smell long term. I can easily wipe it between loads and it’s great. I think it’s functionality and waterproof qualities and the fact that I need them for my kids makes this worthwhile. I would probably let purchase again but only for these purposes. If I were to buy for myself or other uses, then I would choose more firm- even if not waterproof- baskets. But for children, I think they are perfect
